Barocchi Family Law

When you contact Barocchi Family Law you will speak with Lindy Barocchi directly.  You will be asked to provide some preliminary information including your full name, that of your spouse or partner, and the ages of your children, if any.  If you are married, you will be asked to provide the date of your marriage and whether a case has been filed.  We ask this to determine if a conflict of interest exists and decide how to best assist you.

 

The initial consultation usually lasts approximately one hour.  This meeting provides an opportunity for you to learn about our practice and for Lindy to provide an overview of family law as it relates to your specific situation.

 

Following our initial consultation, a written agreement for legal or mediation services will be provided to you. You will have time to review before signing.  We will set a retainer - an advance deposit into a trust account, which will be drawn against for fees and costs.  Once you return your signed agreement along with your initial retainer, we will open your file and look forward to working with you.
