Director Jeff Small has over 40 years of experience in the rotor blade repair industry and has been instrumental in building previous rotor blade shops in the past. Fresh out of retirement, Jeff has recharged his batteries and has fresh ideas for the rotor blade industry. Jeff has put together a team of highly qualified individuals that also bring decades of experience.
